That no longer is true.
In fact, Daylight savings this year was a curse. Missed naps, early morning wake-ups, over tiredness, cries, clingy, our first tantrum... I'm hoping and praying today we are back on schedule.
All of us.
However, last night was pretty sweet when I came up from downstairs since my body wasn't ready for sleep. I could totally blame this on daylight savings but instead I'll blame it on baby. I go into our bedroom and find Steve missing but see Rylee's door is still open. So I peek inside and find this:
Reluctantly I go and wake him up knowing he'll wake up with a headache otherwise and stiff back. Twin beds aren't made for 6'2" 200 pounders. I leave not wanting to make more noise only to realize after my nightly "get ready for bed" routine that he hasn't returned from Rylee's room. So I peek in again...
I guess, daylight savings and a full Monday took a toll on him too.
